My story at LEONI
My name is Wenwang Liu, and I am 25 years old. I graduated in July 2021 and subsequently joined LEONI Langfang, marking the beginning of my career journey. This role at LEONI represents my first professional endeavor, and I deeply value its significance in shaping my future. As I transitioned from academia to the professional world, I encountered initial uncertainties. However, the supportive environment at LEONI, coupled with the guidance of my colleagues, swiftly alleviated my concerns. Their encouragement and assistance have been invaluable as I diligently strive to enhance my skills and knowledge within the industry. Through dedicated effort, I continuously improve my work efficiency and gain a deeper understanding of my field
My job
I am responsible for overseeing the operation of Cutting's automatic equipment, ensuring its smooth functioning and optimizing its Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). This involves analyzing past production data to identify areas for improvement and enhance production efficiency. Additionally, I manage the implementation of new projects and equipment, regularly assessing equipment capacity and coordinating the procurement of equipment molds. Furthermore, I am tasked with maintaining the CAO system and managing equipment division responsibilities.
My highlights
So far, my most exciting moment in LEONI: receiving the 2022 excellent employee award. For the first time in my life, I have lived up to my efforts. Thanks to my colleagues' recognition, I will work harder in the future.
My view of LEONI as an employer
I chose to join LEONI because of its excellent salary and welfare system, as well as the opportunity it provides for me to showcase my talents. With a deep interest in the automobile industry, joining LEONI seemed like the perfect fit for me. While the salary may not be the highest, I appreciate the chance to pursue my passion and further develop my skills, both during regular work hours and on weekends.
As for LEONI's work culture, it's fantastic! The atmosphere within the team is extremely pleasant, and we have a strong sense of camaraderie. Everyone is enthusiastic, and we get along very well.

My Tips
